TSA delays allowing knives on planes
TSA announced in March that they were going to allow passengers to carry folding knives with blades 2.36 inches or shorter and less than half an inch wide, as well as pool cues, ski poles, hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks, golf clubs and novelty-size bats. After the bombing in Boston on April 15, John Pistole (head of the Transportation Security Administration) said this change would be delayed.
